Welcome! I'm Sarai Griffith

My work is guided by the principles of the CLASS framework, which emphasizes the importance of high-quality interactions in early education settings.

A passionate advocate for excellence in early childhood education with a unique blend of experiences that span over 15 years in this vibrant field. One of my skills is my bilingual ability, which allows me to bridge cultural divides and foster a more inclusive and supportive learning environment for children and educators. As an Early Childhood Educator and Coach, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds and empowering the educators who shape these early learning experiences. My approach to coaching is deeply rooted in my belief that every educator has the potential to make a profound impact on the developmental trajectory of young learners.

Throughout my career, I have drawn on my extensive experience to improve early childhood education, including my recent role as a Quality Specialist with the Non-profit Early Learning Coalition. In this role, I honed my skills in training, coaching, assessing, and providing technical assistance to teachers and centers. My work is guided by the principles of the CLASS framework, which emphasizes the importance of high-quality interactions in early education settings. This framework is the cornerstone of my coaching philosophy, inspiring educators to strive for excellence in their interactions with children.

My commitment to professional development in early childhood education extends beyond the classroom; it is about building a community of educators who are equipped, inspired, and driven to provide the highest quality of care and education to our youngest learners.
